We were managing our flight operations especially under time and consumers pressures. - Technical Pilot of the entire fleet of Airbus Military Casa235-200/300M (27 aircrafts in all 4 continents) for the French Air Force and I was a military TRI/TRE on this aircraft type CN35, a CS25 aircraft (dual FMS Honeywell). In charge of the Operating Manuals OM B and QRH, I have the skills to update and create SOPs. I am still a qualified Captain for the Operational Reserve with the rank of Major under the authority of the European Airlift Transport Command and the NATO. My military experience includes the Medical Evacuation in war zone, so as a captain and a team leader (chief of Casa Nurse in Mali and Chad), I was trained and qualified to work under extreme pressure and still being safe and efficient, with an emphasis of Crew Resource Management (crew which means as well, the medical staff and the ground engineers). As a person I am a highly motivated, discreet and very reliable.
